ฟลาเมงโก

ฟลาเมงโก (สเปน: flamenco) เป็นชื่อของแนวดนตรี เพลง และการเต้นรำประเภทหนึ่งจากแคว้นอันดาลูซิอา ทางภาคใต้ของประเทศสเปน ประกอบด้วย กันเต ("การร้อง"), โตเก ("การเล่นกีตาร์"), ไบเล ("การเต้นระบำ") และ ปัลมัส ("การตบมือ") ฟลาเมงโกได้รับการอ้างถึงในวรรณกรรมตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 1774 โดยได้พัฒนาออกมาจากแนวเพลงและการเต้นรำของชาวอันดาลูซิอาและโรมานี (ยิปซี)

เมื่อไม่กี่ปีที่ผ่านมา ฟลาเมงโกได้รับความนิยมไปทั่วโลกและได้รับการสอนในหลายประเทศ ในญี่ปุ่นมีสถาบันสอนฟลาเมงโกมากกว่าในสเปน ในวันที่ 16 พฤศจิกายน ค.ศ. 2010 องค์การการศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ และวัฒนธรรมแห่งสหประชาชาติได้ประกาศให้ฟลาเมงโกเป็นหนึ่งในงานชิ้นเอกของมรดกมุขปาฐะและมรดกที่จับต้องไม่ได้ของมนุษยชาติ
