สงครามเม็กซิโก–อเมริกา หรือสงครามเม็กซิโก สงครามสหรัฐ–เม็กซิโก การบุกครองเม็กซิโก การแทรกแซงของสหรัฐ หรือสงครามต่อต้านเม็กซิโกของสหรัฐ เป็นการขัดกันด้วยอาวุธระหว่างสหรัฐอเมริกากับสหรัฐเม็กซิโกตั้งแต่ ค.ศ. 1846 ถึง 1848 หลังการผนวกเท็กซัสของสหรัฐเมื่อปี 1845 ซึ่งเม็กซิโกถือว่าเป็นดินแดนของตน
