สถานีรถไฟปาซาร์เซอเน็น (อินโดนีเซีย: Stasiun Pasar Senen) เป็นสถานีรถไฟที่ใหญ่เป็นอันดับที่ 2 ในกรุงจาการ์ตา ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย รองจากสถานีรถไฟกัมบีร์ ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับตลาดปาซาร์เซอเน็น ท้องที่ตำบลเซอเน็น ในจาการ์ตากลาง ให้บริการเฉพาะรถไฟชั้น 2 และ 3 เท่านั้น
สถานีรถไฟเซอเน็นสร้างขึ้นในปี ค.ศ. 1886 เพื่อเป็นสถานีขนส่งสินค้าและโลจิสติกส์ ต่อมาได้ย้ายที่ตั้งของสถานี และเปิดทำการในวันที่ 19 มีนาคม ค.ศ. 1925 อาคารออกแบบโดยเย. ฟัน แค็นต์ หัวหน้าหน่วยงานสถาปัตยกรรม เป็นสถานีรถไฟแห่งแรกในประเทศอินโดนีเซียที่มีชานชาลายกระดับ สถานีรถไฟปาซาร์เซอเน็นเป็นสถานีรถไฟกลางของจาการ์ตาจนถึงปี ค.ศ. 1926 และให้สถานีรถไฟกัมบีร์เป็นสถานีกลางแทน
