สนธิสัญญาการค้าอาวุธ เป็นสนธิสัญญาพหุภาคีซึ่งกำกับการค้าอาวุธธรรมดา (conventional weapon) ระหว่างประเทศ การค้าอาวุธระหว่างประเทศนั้นประมาณกันว่ามีมูลค่า 70,000 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐต่อปี
สนธิสัญญาดังกล่าวมีการเจรจาในการประชุมทั่วโลกภายใต้การสนับสนุนของสหประชาชาติ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 2-27 กรกฎาคม 2555 ในนครนิวยอร์ก เนื่องจากยังไม่สามารถบรรลุความตกลงในขั้นสุดท้ายได้ในขณะนั้น จึงมีกำหนดจัดการประชุมใหม่ในวันที่ 18-28 มีนาคม 2556 วันที่ 2 เมษายน 2556 สมัชชาใหญ่แห่งสหประชาชาติ มีมติเห็นชอบสนธิสัญญาดังกล่าว
