ห้องสมุดโบราณแห่งอะเล็กซานเดรีย ตั้งอยู่ในเมืองอะเล็กซานเดรีย ประเทศอียิปต์ เป็นหนึ่งในห้องสมุดที่ใหญ่ที่สุดและสำคัญที่สุดของโลกยุคโบราณ อุทิศแด่มิวส์ เก้าเทพธิดาแห่งศิลปะ เจริญรุ่งเรืองภายใต้การอุปถัมภ์ของราชวงศ์ทอเลมี และเป็นศูนย์กลางที่สำคัญของการศึกษา ตั้งแต่การก่อสร้างในเมื่อ 3 ปีก่อนคริสต์ศตวรรษจนถึงที่โรมันเอาชนะอิยิปต์ใน 30 ปีก่อนคริสต์ศักราช ประกอบด้วย แหล่งรวมผลงาน ห้องบรรยาย ห้องประชุม และสวน โดยห้องสมุดนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสถาบันการศึกษาวิจัยขนาดใหญ่ ที่เรียกว่า Musaeum และเป็นสถานที่ที่มีนักวิชาการหลายท่านที่มีชื่อเสียงที่สุดของการศึกษายุคโบราณ
