งานประกาศผลรางวัลออสการ์ ครั้งที่ 83 เป็นงานที่จะมอบรางวัลสำหรับภาพยนตร์ที่เข้าฉายในปีค.ศ. 2009 จัดขึ้นในวันที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ ค.ศ. 2011 ในโกดักเธียเตอร์ ฮอลลีวูด ลอสแอนเจลิส, แคลิฟอร์เนีย จะออกอากาศทางโทรทัศน์ช่อง ABC และถ่ายทอดสดไปทั่วโลก รวมทั้งประเทศไทย (ถ่ายทอดสดทางช่อง ทรูอินไซด์) และในปีนี้ยังได้ เจมส์ ฟรานโก และ แอนน์ แฮททาเวย์ มาเป็นพิธีกรในงานด้วย ซึ่งถือเป็นครั้งแรกของทั้งสองคน
