compound muscle action potential (ตัวย่อ CMAP) หรือ compound motor action potential เป็นศักย์ไฟฟ้าที่ตรวจด้วยการบันทึกคลื่นไฟฟ้ากล้ามเนื้อ (electromyography) CMAP เป็นผลรวมของศักยะงานกลุ่มหนึ่งที่ส่งเกือบพร้อมกันจากใยประสาทกล้ามเนื้อ (muscle fiber) ต่าง ๆ ในบริเวณเดียวกัน ซึ่งมักทำให้เกิดโดยการกระตุ้นประสาทสั่งการ (motor nerve) อาการ critical illness myopathy (กล้ามเนื้ออ่อนแรงในคนไข้อาการหนัก) ซึ่งเป็นเหตุสามัญของความอ่อนแรงในคนไข้ห้องไอซียู จะมี CMAP ที่ยาวผิดปกติ
