รอเบิร์ต วิลเลียม ฮาเวิร์ด จุเนียร์ (Robert William Howard Jr.) เกิด 29 มกราคม ค.ศ. 1963 เป็นนักมวยปล้ำอาชีพชาวอเมริกันที่เซ็นสัญญาให้กับ WWE ภายใต้ชื่อบนสังเวียนว่า เธอร์แมน "สปาร์กี" ปลัก (Thurman "Sparky" Plugg), บ็อบ "สปาร์ก ปลัก" ฮอลลี (Bob "Spark Plug" Holly), บอมบาสติก บ็อบ (Bombastic Bob) และ ฮาร์ดคอร์ ฮอลลี‎ (Hardcore Holly) เริ่มทำงานให้กับ WWE ตั้งแต่ปี 1995 จนถึงปี 2007 เขาได้จับคู่แท็กทีมกับโคดี โรดส์คว้าแชมป์โลกแทคทีม 1 สมัย แต่ก็ถูกหักหลังโดยโคดี และเสียแชมป์ให้กับเท็ด ดิบิอาซี่คู่แท็กทีมคนใหม่ของโคดี ปัจจุบันได้ลาออกจาก WWE แล้ว
