รอเบิร์ต วิลเลียม ฮาเวิร์ด จุเนียร์ (Robert William Howard Jr.)^[6] เกิด 29 มกราคม ค.ศ. 1963 เป็นนักมวยปล้ำอาชีพชาวอเมริกันที่เซ็นสัญญาให้กับ WWE ภายใต้ชื่อบนสังเวียนว่า เธอร์แมน "สปาร์กี" ปลัก (Thurman "Sparky" Plugg), บ็อบ "สปาร์ก ปลัก" ฮอลลี (Bob "Spark Plug" Holly), บอมบาสติก บ็อบ (Bombastic Bob) และ ฮาร์ดคอร์ ฮอลลี‎ (Hardcore Holly)^[5][1][2][3] เริ่มทำงานให้กับ WWE ตั้งแต่ปี 1995 จนถึงปี 2007 เขาได้จับคู่แท็กทีมกับโคดี โรดส์คว้าแชมป์โลกแทคทีม 1 สมัย แต่ก็ถูกหักหลังโดยโคดี และเสียแชมป์ให้กับเท็ด ดิบิอาซี่คู่แท็กทีมคนใหม่ของโคดี ปัจจุบันได้ลาออกจาก WWE แล้ว
