อิมแพ็ค แกรนด์ แชมเปี้ยนชิพ (อังกฤษ: Impact Grand Championship) เป็นเข็มขัดแชมป์เส้นรองของ Impact Wrestling ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อ 2 ตุลาคม ค.ศ. 2016 ในบันทึกเทปรายการศึก Impact Wrestling โดยมาแทนเข็มขัดเส้น TNA King of the Mountain Championship ที่ประกาศรีไทร์โดยประธาน TNA Billy Corgan และได้จัดทัวร์นาเม้นท์ 8 คนเพื่อหาแชมป์คนแรก โดยกำหนดกฎของการชิงแชมป์เส้นนี้ ซึ่งมีความคล้ายกับมวยปล้ำอาชีพในยุโรป ซึ่งการแข่งขันแต่ละครั้งจะประกอบด้วยการจับเวลาสามรอบ โดยมีทีมผู้ตัดสินจะตัดสินผลตามคะแนน ถ้าไม่มีผู้ชนะผ่านการกด หรือ submission ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
