เดอะเกรตซาซูเกะ (ญี่ปุ่น: ザ・グレート・サスケ โรมาจิ: Za Gurēto Sasuke) หรือมีชื่อจริงว่า มาซาโนริ มารากาวะ (ญี่ปุ่น: 村川 政徳 โรมาจิ: Murakawa Masanori) (เกิดวันที่ 18 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2512) เป็นนักมวยปล้ำอาชีพ จาก ญี่ปุ่น จากค่ายของตัวเองที่ชื่อ มิจิโนกุ โปร เรสต์ลิง (Michinoku Pro Wrestling)

Also, despite the title still using the NWA initials, it is no longer recognized or sanctioned as a world title by the National Wrestling Alliance. The same goes for the NWA World Middleweight Championship.
