เดอะเลกาซี

เดอะเลกาซี (The Legacy) เป็นกลุ่มนักมวยปล้ำฝ่ายอธรรมของ WWE โดยปล้ำอยู่ที่ศึกรอว์ ซึ่งกลุ่มนี้นำโดยแรนดี ออร์ตัน และสมาชิกของกลุ่มประกอบด้วยคู่แท็กทีม โคดี โรดส์ และเท็ด ดีบีอาซี จูเนียร์ ซึ่งก่อนหน้านั้นโคดีได้หักหลังฮาร์ดคอร์ ฮอลลี อดีตคู่ทีมและมารวมทีมใหม่กับเท็ดกลายเป็นเดอะไพรซ์เลส ต่อมาออร์ตันได้มาชักชวนให้รวมกันใหม่กลายเป็นเลกาซีในที่สุด ต่อมาออร์ตันได้เป็นผู้ชนะรอยัลรัมเบิล (2009) ซึ่งมีสิทธิ์ชิงแชมป์โลกในเรสเซิลเมเนีย ครั้งที่ 25 ทริปเปิลเอช ซึ่งเป็นแชมป์ WWEและเป็นลูกเขยของตระกูลแม็กแมนรอคอยการแก้แค้นให้พ่อตาจึงท้าให้ออร์ตันชิงแชมป์กับเขาในเรสเซิลเมเนีย 25 ผลสรุปคือทริปเปิลเอชจัดการออร์ตันด้วยค้อนปอนด์ และท่าไม้ตาย Pegdigree ทำให้ออร์ตันพ่ายแพ้อย่างหมดรูป จนกระทั่งแบคแลช (2009)ออร์ตันมีโอกาสชิงแชมป์แบบแท็กทีม 6 คน โดยออร์ตันจับคู่กับโคดีและเท็ด เจอกับทริปเปิลเอช, บาทิสตา และเชน แม็กแมน ผลปรากฏว่าออร์ตันได้เล่นงานทริปเปิลเอชด้วยท่าไม้ตาย RKO และพันซ์คิก สามารถคว้าแชมป์กลับมาครองได้สำเร็จ หลังจากนั้นออร์ตันเสียแชมป์ให้จอห์น ซีนาและก็โทษโคดีกับเท็ดที่เป็นต้นเหตุที่ทำให้เขาแพ้ต่อซีนาถึง3ครั้ง ในรอยัลรัมเบิล (2010) ออร์ตันได้ขอท้าชิงแชมป์ WWE กับเชมัส ผลสรุปคือเชมัสถูกลอบทำร้ายโดยโคดี ทำให้ออร์ตันแพ้ฟาล์วแต่ไม่ได้แชมป์ ต่อมาออร์ตันได้แตกกลุ่มกับเลกาซีและเจอกันแบบ 3 เส้าในเรสเซิลเมเนีย ครั้งที่ 26 ผลสรุปคือออร์ตันจัดการทั้งโคดีและเท็ดเอาชนะไปเป็นการยุติบทบาทเลกาซี
