ประมวลกฎหมายนโปเลียน (ฝรั่งเศส: Code Napoléon หรือเดิม Code civil des Français) เป็นประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งของฝรั่งเศส จัดทำขึ้นในรัชสมัยจักรพรรดินโปเลียนที่ 1 ประมวลกฎหมายดังกล่าวห้ามเอกสิทธิ์ที่ถือมาแต่กำเนิด เปิดเสรีภาพในการนับถือศาสนา และเจาะจงว่าหน้าที่ข้าราชการจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมที่สุด ตัวประมวลกฎหมายถูกร่างขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วโดยคณะกรรมการที่มีนักนิติศาสตร์ที่มีชื่อเสียงสี่คนและมีผลใช้บังคับในวันที่ 21 มีนาคม ค.ศ. 1804 ประมวลกฎหมายนโปเลียนไม่ใช่ประมวลกฎหมายที่จัดทำขึ้นครั้งแรกในทวีปยุโรปในระบบกฎหมายแพ่ง โดยประมวลกฎหมายที่จัดทำขึ้นก่อนหน้านั้น ได้แก่ บาวาเรีย (ค.ศ. 1756) ปรัสเซีย (ค.ศ. 1764) และกาลิเซียตะวันตก (ค.ศ. 1797) อย่างไรก็ตาม เป็นประมวลกฎหมายสมัยใหม่ฉบับแรกที่มีขอบเขตทั่วทวีปยุโรป และมีอิทธิพลอย่างมากต่อกฎหมายของหลายประเทศซึ่งจัดทำขึ้นระหว่างและภายหลังสงครามนโปเลียน ประมวลกฎหมายดังกล่าว ซึ่งเน้นเป็นพิเศษในด้านการเขียนอย่างชัดเจนและเข้าถึงได้ง่าย เป็นก้าวสำคัญในการแทนที่กฎหมายสมัยศักดินา
