กระปรอกสิงห์ (ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Microsorum punctatum ) หรือ ลิ้นผีไม้ เป็นเฟิร์น อิงอาศัย เหง้าสีน้ำตาลเข้ม รูปขอบขนานแกมรูปสามเหลี่ยม เส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 3-7 มิลลิเมตร ยาวประมาณ 1 มิลลิเมตร ใบรูปขอบขนานถึงรูปใบหอก ยาว 20-80 เซนติเมตร โคนใบสอบ แผ่ออกเป็นครีบบนก้านใบ ขอบใบเรียบ แผ่นใบหนาเป็นมัน ก้านใบสีเขียวหรือสีน้ำตาลอ่อน ยาว 1-13 เซนติเมตร โคนมีเกล็ดสีน้ำตาล กลุ่มอับสปอร์เรียงกระจัดกระจายทั่วทั้งแผ่นใบด้านล่างหรือครึ่งหนึ่งของแผ่นใบด้านปลาย ไม่มีเยื่อคลุมกลุ่มอับสปอร์
กระปรอกสิงห์เป็นเฟิร์นที่มีถิ่นกำเนิดในแอฟริกา , เอเชีย และออสตราเลเซีย น้ำคั้นจากใบใช้เป็นยาระบายอย่างอ่อน , ขับปัสสาวะ และสมานแผล
