การประชุมสหประชาชาติว่าด้วยองค์การระหว่างประเทศ

การประชุมสหประชาชาติว่าด้วยองค์การระหว่างประเทศ (UNCIO) เป็นการประชุมของผู้แทนจาก 50 ชาติฝ่ายสัมพันธมิตร ซึ่งมีขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 25 เมษายน จนถึง 26 มิถุนายน ค.ศ. 1945 ในซานฟรานซิสโก รัฐแคลิฟอร์เนีย ในการประชุมนี้ ผู้แทนจากแต่ละประเทศทบทวนและเขียนความตกลงดัมบาร์ตันโอ๊กส์ขึ้นใหม่ การประชุมดังกล่าวส่งผลให้มีการสถาปนากฎบัตรสหประชาชาติ ซึ่งเปิดให้ลงนามเมื่อวันที่ 26 มิถุนายน การประชุมดังกล่าวมีทูตสหรัฐ อัลเกอร์ ฮิสส์ เป็นประธาน
