ชัง จิน-ซ็อง (장진성) คือนามปากกา ของกวีชาวเกาหลีเหนือ ซึ่งลี้ภัยมายังเกาหลีใต้ โดยเขาเคยทำงานอยู่สำนักงานสงครามจิตวิทยาภายในกองแนวร่วมของพรรคแรงงานเกาหลีทำงานเฉพาะด้านในแผนก 5 (วรรณกรรม) ของกลุ่มงาน 19 (กวีนิพนธ์) ของสำนัก 101 โดยสำนัก 101 ตั้งขึ้นสำหรับงานโฆษณาชวนเชื่อเพื่อปลุกใจชาวเกาหลีใต้ที่มีใจฝักใฝ่ทางเกาหลีเหนือ หนึ่งในงานของชังคือเขียนบทกวีภายใต้นามปากกาของชาวเกาหลีใต้คือ คิม คย็อง-มิน และใช้สำนวนการเขียนในแบบชาวเกาหลีใต้ โดยบทกวีของเขามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้เผยแพร่ในเกาหลีใต้
