ฌ็อง ฟูแก (ฝรั่งเศส : Jean Fouquet ) หรือ เฌออ็อง ฟูแก (Jehan Fouquet ; ค.ศ. 1420 - ค.ศ. 1481 ) เป็นจิตรกรคนสำค้ญของฝรั่งเศสของคริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 15 มีความสำคัญทั้งการเขียนภาพบนแผ่นไม้และการเขียนภาพสำหรับ หนังสือวิจิตร (Illuminated manuscript) และเป็นผู้เริ่มการวาดภาพเหมือนแบบจุลจิตรกรรม (Miniature)
ชีวิต ฌ็อง ฟูแกเกิดที่เมืองตูร์ ประวัติของฟูแกไม่มีให้ทราบมากนักนอกจากว่าได้ไปประเทศอิตาลี ราวปี ค.ศ. 1437 และได้เขียนภาพของสมเด็จพระสันตะปาปายูจีนที่ 4 ซึ่งเหลือเพียงงานลอกที่มาทำกันหลังจากนั้น หลังจากที่กลับมาจากอิตาลีฟูแกก็นำอิทธิพลทัสเคนี มาผสมกับแบบฝรั่งเศสของตนเองและลักษณะของยาน แวน เอค ซึ่งกลายมาเป็นฐานของจิตรกรรมฝรั่งเศสสมัยคริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 15 ฉะนั้นฟูแกจึงถือว่าเป็นผู้ริเริ่มตระกูลศิลปะใหม่ตระกูลหนึ่ง นอกจากนั้นฟูแกก็ยังเป็นจิตรกรประจำราชสำนักของพระเจ้าหลุยส์ที่ 11 แห่งฝรั่งเศส ด้วย

ความสามารถที่เด่นที่สุดของฟูแกคือการวาดภาพในหนังสือวิจิตร ซึ่งทำได้อย่างคมชัดและมีรายละเอียดที่สวยงาม ฟูแกสามารถแสดงภาพที่มีพลังในการแสดงออกในเนื้อทีที่จำกัด ความสำคัญของฟูแกจะเห็นได้จากการรวบรวมงานจากทั่วยุโรปมาจัดงานแสดงภาพเขียนที่หอสมุดแห่งชาติที่ปารีส
