ออลอินเดียตฤณมูลคองเกรส (อักษรโรมัน: All India Trinamool Congress, ตฤณมูล แปลว่า รากหญ้า, อักษรย่อ AITC) หรือเรียกสั้น ๆ ว่า ตฤณมูลคองเกรส (อักษรโรมัน: Trinamool Congress, อักษรย่อ TMC) เป็นพรรคการเมืองอินเดียที่มีบทบาทโดดเด่นอยู่ในรัฐเบงกอลตะวันตก พรรคนำโดยมะมะตา วันทโยปาธยาย ผู้ซึ่งเป็นผู้ว่าการรัฐเบงกอลตะวันตกตั้งแต่ปี 2011 ปัจจุบันพรรคใหญ่ที่สุดเป็นอันดับสามในรัฐสภาด้วย 23 ที่นั่งในโลกสภา และ 13 ที่นั่งในราชยสภา นอกจากนี้ยังมีสมาชิกสภานิติบัญญัติรัฐอีก 235 ที่นั่งในรัฐทั่วอินเดีย ใหญ่รองจาก BJP และ INC ในปี 2016 คณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้งรับรองสถานะให้ TMC เป็นพรรคระดับชาติ
