ตอร์ติยา (สเปน : Tortilla ) คือแป้งแผ่นรูปวงกลมที่ทำมาจากแป้ง ข้าวโพดหรือข้าวสาลี ต้นกำเนิดมาจากประเทศสเปน เดิมเรียกว่า "ตอร์ตา" แปลว่าเค้กรูปวงกลม แล้วนำมาเผยแพร่ให้กับอาณาจักรอัซเตกจึงถูกเรียกชื่อใหม่ว่า "ตอร์ติยา" ซึ่งปัจจุบันเป็นที่แพร่หลายกันในประเทศเม็กซิโก และสหรัฐอเมริกา โดยวิธีการจะนำไปห่อกับเนื้อ เช่น ตาโก , บูร์ริโต และเอนชิลาดา
