ทุพภิกขภัยในประเทศเอธิโอเปียในปี 1983 ถึง 1985 เป็นทุพภิกขภัยครั้งร้ายแรงที่สุดในรอบศตวรรษของประเทศ ส่งผลให้มีผู้เสียชีวิตราว 1.2 ล้านคน และมีผู้อพยพหนีออกจากประเทศอีกราวสี่แสนคน และ 2.5 ล้านคนต้องสูญเสียที่อยู่ภายในประเทศ และเด็กมากกว่า 200,000 คนถูกทิ้งกำพร้า
