บิดาผู้ก่อตั้งสหรัฐ (อังกฤษ: Founding Fathers of the United States) หมายถึง ผู้นำทางการเมืองที่ได้ลงนามในคำประกาศอิสรภาพในช่วงปี ค.ศ. 1776 หรือได้มีส่วนร่วมในสงครามการปฏิวัติอเมริกา ในฐานะผู้นำผู้รักชาติผู้ได้มีส่วนร่วมร่างรัฐธรรมนูญสหรัฐ ซึ่งเกิดขึ้นเมื่อ 11 ปีให้หลัง ในช่วงสงครามประกาศอิสรภาพ บิดาผู้ก่อตั้งสหรัฐ คือผู้ที่ถูกต่อต้านโดยพวกนิยมกษัตริย์แห่งราชวงศ์อังกฤษ ซึ่งกลุ่มนี้ปฏิเสธการประกาศอิสรภาพ แม้ในระยะหลัง ฝ่ายนิยมกษัตริย์ในอาณานิคมเกือบทั้งหมด ก็ยังคงอยู่ในประเทศสหรัฐ และเมื่อมีรัฐบาลแห่งประเทศใหม่ขึ้นในปีค.ศ. 1783 กลุ่มนี้ก็ได้ให้การสนับสนุนรัฐบาลใหม่ที่เกิดขึ้น
