ปลาอินซีเน็ตขาว หรือ ปลาอินซิกนิสขาว (โปรตุกิส: Bocachico) เป็นปลาน้ำจืดชนิดหนึ่ง มีชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ว่า Curimata cyprinoides อยู่ในวงศ์ปลาคาราซินไม่มีฟัน (Curimatidae)
มีรูปร่างลักษณะคล้ายกับปลาอินซีเน็ต (Semaprochilodus spp.) ที่อยู่ต่างวงศ์กัน แต่อยู่ในอันดับเดียวกัน คือ Characiformes แต่ว่ามีข้อแตกต่างกันที่ปลาอินซีเน็ทขาวมีเกล็ดเป็นสีเงินหรือสีขาวแวววาวตลอดทั้งตัวตลอดทั้งครีบต่าง ๆ ด้วย
มีปากที่ขยับไปมาได้ตลอดใช้สำหรับคุ้ยเขี่ยหาอาหารตามพื้นน้ำกินเป็นอาหารเหมือนปลาอินซีเน็ท ยกเว้นแต่แผงฟันในขากรรไกรและในคอหอยไม่มีหรือขาดตอนไป อันเป็นลักษณะเฉพาะของปลาในวงศ์นี้
มีความยาวเต็มที่ประมาณ 20 เซนติเมตร พบกระจายพันธุ์ในลุ่มแม่น้ำหลัก ๆ ในทวีปอเมริกาใต้ อาทิ อเมซอน, โอรีโนโกและโทแคนตินส์
เมื่อปลามีขนาดโตเต็มที่ สีตามลำตัวจะเปลี่ยนไปเป็นคล้ำลง และทรวดทรงลำตัวจะออกไปในทรงป้านมากกว่าทรงยาว
เป็นปลาที่ใช้บริโภคกันในท้องถิ่นเป็นปกติ และนิยมเลี้ยงเป็นปลาสวยงาม ซึ่งนับได้ว่าเป็นปลาที่หาได้ยากในแวดวงปลาสวยงาม
