พรรคคอมมิวนิสต์แห่งสหภาพโซเวียต

พรรคคอมมิวนิสต์แห่งสหภาพโซเวียต เป็นพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์ที่ปกครองสหภาพโซเวียตและเป็นสถาบันหรือองค์กรที่มีอำนาจและบทบาททั้งทางด้านนิตินัยและพฤตินัยในการกำหนดดำเนินนโยบายต่างประเทศ อำนาจในการบริหารและตัดสินใจมาจากกลุ่มบุคคลชั้นนำในคณะกรรมการการเมือง หรือ 'โปลิตบูโร' (Politburo / Политбюро)
