ฟิลิป ชาร์ล ดอร์เลอ็องส์ ดยุกแห่งออร์เลอ็อง (ฝรั่งเศส: Philippe Charles d'Orléans, Duc d'Orléans) เป็นผู้สำเร็จราชการแผ่นดินแห่งฝรั่งเศสระหว่าง ค.ศ. 1715 จนถึง ค.ศ. 1723 เมื่อแรกเกิดฟิลิปมีบรรดาศักดิ์เป็นดยุกแห่งชาร์ทร์ เป็นบุตรของฟิลิปที่ 1 ดยุกแห่งออร์เลอ็อง ผู้เป็นพระอนุชาในพระเจ้าหลุยส์ที่ 14 แห่งฝรั่งเศส และเอลิสซาเบธ ชาร์ลอตต์ แห่งพาลาทิเนทจากราชวงศ์วิทเทลส์บัค ในปี ค.ศ. 1692 ฟิลิปสมรสกับฟรองซัวส์-มารีแห่งบูร์บองผู้เป็นพระราชธิดาองค์เล็กในพระเจ้าหลุยส์ที่ 14 กับมาดาม เดอ มงต์เตสปอง
