ลูกใต้ใบ (ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Phyllanthus niruri L.) เป็นพืชล้มลุก ต้นเล็ก ใบเป็นใบเดี่ยว เรียงตัวคล้ายใบประกอบ ทำให้บางครั้งเกิดความสับสนว่าเป็นใบประกอบ ออกดอกตามข้อ หนึ่งข้อมีหนึ่งใบ โคนก้านใบติดกับลำต้น สีม่วงแดง ดอกสีเขียว ดอกออกตามซอกก้านใบย่อยและห้อยลง ผลกลมเรียบ เมื่อแก่แตกเป็นสามพู
ในทางยาสมุนไพร ลูกใต้ใบมีฤทธิ์แก้โรคเบาหวาน ขับปัสสาวะ เป็นยาบำรุงธาตุ ขับประจำเดือน มีการศึกษาวิจัยทางการแพทย์เกี่ยวกับการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ทางยาและอาจจะมีฤทธิ์ต้านไวรัสเอดส์และไวรัสตับอักเสบบี ลดความดันโลหิต ลดความเป็นพิษต่อตับ ในบราซิลและเปรูใช้เป็นยารักษาโรคนิ่วในไต และสามารถยับยั้งการเกิดก้อนนิ่วในหนูที่กินน้ำคั้นของพืชนี้ได้ ชาวโอรังอัซลีในรัฐเปรัก ประเทศมาเลเซีย ใช้ทั้งต้นนำไปต้มใช้รักษาดีซ่าน
