สกุลแมงมุมแม่ม่าย (ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Latrodectus ) เป็นสกุลแมงมุมสกุลหนึ่งในวงศ์แมงมุม Theridiidae แมงมุมตัวเมียในสกุลนี้จะกินตัวผู้ภายหลังจากเสร็จสิ้นการผสมพันธุ์ ซึ่งเป็นที่มาของชื่อ ปัจจุบันค้นแมงมุมในสกุลนี้แล้วจำนวน 33 สายพันธุ์กระจายพันธุ์อยู่ทั่วโลก แต่ละสายพันธุ์จะมีขนาดตัวแตกต่างกัน ซึ่งโดยส่วนใหญ่แล้ว ตัวเมียจะมีสีเข้มกว่าตัวผู้และมีเครื่องหมายสังเกตุเห็นได้ชัดเจนเป็นรูปนาฬิกาทราย อยู่บนท้อง
