สร้อยคอไข่มุก หรือ ในภาษาอังกฤษว่า A pearl necklace เป็นคำสแลงที่มีความหมายเกี่ยวกับท่วงท่าการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ที่ฝ่ายชายหลั่งน้ำอสุจิบริเวณหรือใกล้กับคอ หน้าอก เต้านม หรือร่องนมของคู่ขา ซึ่งอาจเกิดขึ้นหลังจากการร่วมรัก หรือการทำออรัลเซ็กซ์แล้ว ซึ่งจะมีลักษณะของน้ำอสุจิเหมือนกับสร้อยคอไข่มุก ที่เป็นเหมือนสาย ในลักษณะกึ่งโปร่งแสง อสุจิเป็นกลุ่มก้อน
