อาฟงซู ดึ อัลบูแกร์กึ (โปรตุเกส: Afonso de Albuquerque, เสียงอ่านภาษาโปรตุเกส: [ɐˈfõsu ði aɫβuˈkɛɾk(ɨ)]; ประมาณ ค.ศ. 1453 — 16 ธันวาคม ค.ศ. 1515) เป็นนายพล พลเรือเอก และรัฐบุรุษชาวโปรตุเกส เขารับตำแหน่ง อุปราชของโปรตุเกสประจำอินเดีย จากปี ค.ศ. 1509 ถึงปี ค.ศ. 1515 ระหว่างนั้นเขาได้ขยายอิทธิพลของโปรตุเกสไปทั่ว มหาสมุทรอินเดีย และสร้างชื่อเสียงในฐานะแม่ทัพที่ดุร้ายและเก่งกาจ
