เครื่องพ่นยา หรือ เครื่องพ่นสาร เป็นอุปกรณ์หรือเครื่องมือที่ใช้ฉีดพ่นของเหลวออกไปสู่เป้าหมาย
ในทางเกษตรกรรม เครื่องพ่นยา เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่มีหัวฉีดใช้สำหรับการฉีดพ่นยากำจัดวัชพืช ยาฆ่าแมลง และสารเคมีเกษตรอื่น ๆ รวมทั้งปุ๋ยทางใบ ไปที่พืช
เครื่องพ่นยาทางเกษตรกรรม เครื่องพ่นยาที่ใช้ในทางเกษตรกรรมมีอยู่หลายชนิด โดยเกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่นิยมใช้เครื่องพ่นยาแบบสูบโยกสะพายหลัง (knapsack sprayer) นอกจากนั้นยังมี เครื่องยนต์พ่นยาแบบสะพายหลัง (motorized knapsack sprayer หรือ mist blower), เครื่องพ่นยาแรงดันสูง (high pressure sprayer), เครื่องพ่นยาติดท้ายรถแทรคเตอร์ (air-blast), เครื่องพ่นยาแบบใช้น้ำน้อย (Low-Volume sprayer หรือ LV) ไปจนถึง เครื่องพ่นยาแบบไม่มีการผสมน้ำ (Ultra-Low-Volume sprayer หรือ ULV) เป็นต้น
การฉีดพ่นนั้นอัตราการใช้จะขึ้นกับสารเคมีเกษตรชนิดที่ใช้ฉีดพ่น คำแนะนำมักจะเป็นอัตราการผสมต่อน้ำ 20 ลิตร โดยปริมาณการฉีดพ่นต่อไร่นั้นก็จะขึ้นกับชนิดของเครื่องพ่นยาด้วย ดังแสดงในตารางด้านล่าง
