การร่วมเพศ (อังกฤษ: sexual intercourse, coitus, copulation) เป็นการสอดใส่องคชาตเข้าไปในช่องคลอดเพื่อสุขารมณ์ทางเพศ, สืบพันธุ์ หรือทั้งสองอย่าง โดยมักทำขณะอวัยวะเพศชายแข็งตัว อาจเรียกว่าการร่วมเพศทางช่องคลอด (อังกฤษ: vaginal intercourse, vaginal sex) รูปแบบอื่นของการร่วมเพศแบบสอดใส่ ได้แก่ การร่วมเพศทางทวารหนัก, การร่วมเพศทางปาก, การใช้นิ้ว (fingering) และการใช้ดิลโด กิจกรรมเหล่านี้เป็นความใกล้ชิดทางกายระหว่างคนสองคนหรือมากกว่า และมนุษย์มักใช้กิจกรรมนี้เพื่อสุขอารมณ์ และเพื่อเพิ่มความใกล้ชิด
