กลุ่มอาการเนโฟรติก คือกลุ่มกว้างๆ ของโรคไต อย่างหนึ่ง ผู้ป่วยจะมีความผิดปกติของการทำงานของไต ทำให้มีการสูญเสียโปรตีน ในเลือด ปริมาณมากไปกับปัสสาวะ ทำให้มีภาวะโปรตีน ชนิดที่เรียกว่า อัลบูมิน ในเลือดต่ำ และบวม
