คำอธิบาย
ไทย: คณะลูกเสือแห่งสยามได้ใช้ตราตามที่ได้คิดขึ้นใหม่นี้ เป็นตราประจำคณะลูกเสือแห่งสยามตลอดมา จนกระทั่งมีการประกาศใช้ข้อบังคับคณะลูกเสือแห่งชาติ ว่าด้วยการปกครอง หลักสูตรและวิชาพิเศษ พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๙ ในข้อที่ ๓๖ ระบุว่า “ให้มีตราคณะลูกเสือแห่งชาติ เป็นรูปเฟลอร์เดอร์ลีส์ประกอบกับหน้าเสืออยู่กลาง ที่ปลายแฉกซ้ายและขวามีดาวประดับข้างละหนึ่งดวง ตอนล่างมีแถบคำขวัญว่า” เสียชีพอย่าเสียสัตย์” จากแถบคำขวัญลงไปยังส่วนล่างมีรูปเชือกร้อยเป็นปมเงื่อนเชือก” ตราประจำคณะลูกเสือแห่งชาติที่ได้ใช้มาตั้งแต่พุทธศักราช ๒๔๗๘ จึงได้มีรูปเชือกร้อยเป็นปมเงื่อนเชือก และได้ใช้เป็นตราประจำคณะลูกเสือแห่งชาติมาจนถึงทุกวันนี้
