กล้ามเนื้อไอริส ไดเลเตอร์ (iris dilator muscle, pupil dilator muscle, pupillary dilator, radial muscle of iris, or radiating fibers) เป็นกล้ามเนื้อเรียบของตา วิ่งในแนวรัศมีของม่านตาทำหน้าที่ขยายรูม่านตา เลี้ยงโดยระบบประสาทซิมพาเทติก ซึ่งสั่งการโดยการหลั่งสารสื่อประสาทนอร์อะดรีนาลีน (noradrenaline) ซึ่งจับกับตัวรับชนิดแอลฟา-1 (α1-receptors) ดังนั้นเมื่อได้รับสิ่งกระตุ้นการตอบสนองแบบต่อสู้หรือหนี (fight-or-flight) ระบบประสาทซิมพาเทติกจะกระตุ้นกล้ามเนื้อมัดนี้ให้ทำหน้าที่ขยายรูม่านตา เพื่อให้มีแสงตกเข้าสู่เรตินามากขึ้น
