การจัดการสิ่งผิดปรกติ (อังกฤษ: Exception handling) เป็นกระบวนการรับมือกับการเกิดสิ่งผิดปรกติ (exception) หรือสภาวะผิดธรรมดาหรือพิเศษระหว่างการคำนวณ สิ่งผิดปรกตินี้มักเปลี่ยนแปลงขั้นตอนปกติของการกระทำการ (execution) ของโปรแกรม การจัดการสิ่งผิดปรกติมีในภาษาโปรแกรมเฉพาะทางหรือกลไกฮาร์ดแวร์ของคอมพิวเตอร์
