การร่วมเพศทางปาก

การร่วมเพศทางปาก (อังกฤษ: oral sex) หมายถึงกิจกรรมทางเพศที่ใช้ปาก (ซึ่งรวมถึงการใช้ริมฝีปาก ลิ้น และฟัน) หรือลำคอเพื่อเล้าโลมอวัยวะเพศ โดยในภาษาอังกฤษคำว่า cunnilingus หมายถึงการทำออรัลเซ็กซ์กับผู้หญิง ขณะคำว่า เฟอเลชิโอ (fellatio) และ irrumatio หมายถึงการทำออรัลเซ็กซ์กับผู้ชาย ส่วนคำว่า analingus หมายถึงการทำออรัลเซ็กซ์ทางช่องทวารหนัก ส่วนการเล้าโลมด้วยปากกับส่วนอื่นของร่างกาย เช่นจูบ หรือเลีย ไม่ถือว่าเป็นออรัลเซ็กซ์

อาจมีการทำออรัลเซ็กซ์เพื่อเล้าโลมก่อนกิจกรรมทางเพศแบบอื่น (เช่น การร่วมเพศทางช่องคลอดหรือทางทวารหนัก) นอกจากนี้มีผู้ชายบางคนที่สามารถทำออรัลเซ็กซ์ให้ตัวเองได้

หลายคนถือว่าการร่วมเพศทางปากนั้นผิด ทว่าประเทศส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีกฎหมายห้ามเรื่องนี้ โดยปกติคนถือว่าการร่วมเพศทางปากไม่กระทบต่อสภาพพรหมจารี ทว่าแต่ละคนอาจมีความคิดเห็นต่างกัน คนอาจมีความรู้สึกทางลบต่อการร่วมเพศทางปากและอาจปฏิเสธที่จะทำ

ประโยชน์

การทำออรัลเซ็กซ์ เป็นวิธีปฏิบัติทางเพศทั้งในรักต่างเพศและรักเพศเดียวกัน ในคู่รักต่างเพศ การทำออรัลเซ็กซ์ใช้ในบางคู่เพื่อเป็นการคุมกำเนิดและเป็นทางเลือกในการร่วมเพศ แต่การใช้ปากในการร่วมเพศไม่สามารถป้องกันโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ได้ แม้มีความเชื่อว่าการใช้ปากให้ความเสี่ยงน้อยกว่าก็ตาม
