การร่วมเพศแบบไม่สอดใส่

การร่วมเพศแบบไม่สอดใส่ หรือ เพศสัมพันธ์แบบไม่สอดใส่ (อังกฤษ: Non-penetrative sex, outercourse) เป็นกิจกรรมทางเพศที่ไม่มีการสอดใส่อวัยวะหรือสิ่งของเข้าไปในร่างกายของอีกคน สิ่งนี้มักรวมถึงการละเว้นการสอดใส่หรือร่วมเพศทางช่องคลอด ทวารหนัก หรือทางปาก ทว่าหมายถึงกิจกรรมทั้งที่ส่อและไม่ส่อไปทางเพศ เช่น การถูไถอวัยวะเพศของตนกับเพศตรงกันข้าม การให้ผู้อื่นช่วยตัวเองให้ การจูบ หรือการกอด บางรูปแบบของเพศสัมพันธ์แบบไม่สอดใส่อาจรวมถึงการสอดใส่บางแบบเช่นการใช้นิ้วหรือใช้ปาก

คนใช้การร่วมเพศแบบไม่สอดใส่ด้วยเหตุผลหลายอย่าง เช่น เพื่อเล้าโลมหรือเพราะความชอบส่วนตัว คู่รักต่างเพศอาจใช้การร่วมเพศแบบนี้เพื่อรักษาสภาพพรหมจารีหรือเพื่อคุมกำเนิด คู่รักร่วมเพศอาจใช้การร่วมเพศแบบไม่สอดใส่เพื่อรักษาสภาพพรหมจารีเช่นกัน ส่วนเหล่าเกย์ชายอาจใช้วิธีนี้เป็นทางเลือกแทนการร่วมเพศทางทวารหนัก

อย่างไรก็ตามโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ เช่น เริม ฮิวแมนแพปพิลโลมาไวรัส (HPV) และตัวโลนสามารถติดต่อทางการร่วมเพศแบบไม่สอดใส่ เมื่อมีการสัมผัสของอวัยวะเพศกับอวัยวะเพศ หรืออวัยวะเพศกับร่างกาย ทว่าโอกาสการแลกเปลี่ยนของเหลวในร่างกาย (ซึ่งเป็นตัวแพร่โรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์) น้อยกว่า

ความหมายและการปฏิบัติ

ทั่วไป

แม้ว่าการร่วมเพศแบบไม่สอดใส่จะถูกอธิบายว่าเป็นการเว้นการสอดใส่ทางเพศ แต่บางครั้งการสอดใส่บางรูปแบบก็นับเป็นการร่วมเพศแบบไม่สอดใส่ด้วย ยกตัวอย่างเช่น ออรัลเซ็กส์หรือการใช้ปากและลิ้นกับอวัยวะเพศ รวมไปถึงการการใช้ปากกับอวัยวะเพศชายหรือใช้ลิ้นกับช่องคลอด ออรัลเซ็กส์นับว่าเป็นการร่วมเพศแบบไม่สอดใส่เพราะไม่มีการสอดใส่ทางช่องคลอดหรือทวารหนัก คำว่าสอดใส่อาจหมายถึงองคชาติและช่องคลอดเท่านั้น เพราะฉะนั้นการร่วมเพศแบบไม่สอดใส่อาจรวมไปถึงการร่วมเพศทางทวารหนัก

ถูไถอวัยวะเพศของตน (Frottage) หมายถึงการถูไถส่วนใดของร่างกาย เช่น สะโพก หน้าอก ท้อง ต้นขา เท้า มือ ขา และอวัยวะเพศกับผู้อื่น โดยจะใส่หรือไม่ใส่เสื้อผ้าก็ตาม บางครั้งเรียกว่าการร่วมเพศแบบแห้ง (dry humping หรือ dry sex)

คู่รักอาจถูไถอวัยวะเพศของตนกับผู้อื่นเพื่อเป็นส่วนหนึงของการเล้าโลมหรือเพื่อการปลดเปลื้องความใคร่โดยการไม่สอดใส่ช่องคลอด ทวารหนักหรือทำออรัลเซ็กส์เพื่อรักษาพรหมจารีของตน หรือเพื่อร่วมเพศอย่างปลอดภัย
