จะงอยแอฟริกา (อาหรับ: القرن الأفريقي‎‎, อังกฤษ: Horn of Africa, หรือเรียกในชื่อ แอฟริกาตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ หรือ คาบสมุทรโซมาลี) เป็นคาบสมุทรในแอฟริกาตะวันออกที่มีแผ่นดินยื่นเข้าไปในทะเลอาหรับหลายร้อยกิโลเมตร และตั้งอยู่ทางด้านใต้ของอ่าวเอเดน เป็นส่วนที่อยู่ทางตะวันออกสุดของทวีปแอฟริกา จะงอยแอฟริกาเป็นที่ตั้งของประเทศเอริเตรีย, จิบูตี, เอธิโอเปีย และโซมาเลีย จะงอยแอฟริกาครอบคลุมพื้นที่ประมาณ 2,000,000 กม.² และมีประชากรอยู่อาศัยราว 100 ล้านคน (ในเอธิโอเปียมากที่สุด 85 ล้านคน)
