จาง ฮั่น (จีนตัวย่อ: 张翰; จีนตัวเต็ม: 張翰; พินอิน: Zhāng Hàn, อังกฤษ: Hans Zhang, Zhang Han) เป็นนักแสดง,นักร้อง และพิธีกร ชาวจีน เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 6 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2527 (ค.ศ.1984) จบการศึกษาจาก The Central Academy of Drama ในปี 2007

ประวัติ
จาง ฮั่น เกิดในเมืองเมืองฮาร์บิน มณฑลเฮยหลงเจียง ประเทศจีน เข้าเรียนที่ Central Academy of Drama and คณะการแสดงในปี 2003

2009-2011 เริ่มต้นและความนิยม

2012-2016 ความสำเร็จอย่างต่อเนื่อง

จางฮั่นได้แสดงละครกำลังภายในเรื่อง 4 พยัคฆ์ มือปราบพญายม ( The Four (2015)) ซึ่งสร้างมาจากนิยายเรื่อง Si Da Ming Pu โดย Wen Ruian และในปีเดียวกันเขายังได้แสดงในภาพยนตร์ที่สร้างมาจากนิยายวิทยาศาสตร์ที่เป็นนิยมเรื่อง The Three Body Problem
และจากการประกาศจากค่ายของเขาในปี 2015 เขาได้มีส่วนร่วมในการผลิตละครเรื่อง The Rhapsody of a Summer Dream และ If Paris Downcast
ในปี 2016 จางฮั่นได้แสดงละครโทรทัศน์ที่ดัดแปลงมาจากนวนิยายโบราณเรื่อง ตำนานอภินิหารหงส์เหนือมังกร (Classic of Mountains and Seas) และได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัลในงานHuading Awards และในปีเดียวกันก็ได้ร่วมแสดงในละครระทึกขวัญอาชญากรรมเรื่อง Ten Deadly Sins ซึ่งสร้างมาจากนวนิยายชื่อเดียวกัน
2017–ปัจจุบัน
ปี 2017 จางฮั่นร่วมแสดงในภาพยนตร์แอ็คชั่นของ อู๋จิง เรื่อง กองพันหมาป่า 2 ( Wolf Warriors 2 ) และได้รับการยกย่องจากบทบาททางญาติเจ้าของโรงงานและกองทัพบ้า หลังจากนั้น จาง ฮั่นก็ได้แสดง ภาพยนตร์ดราม่าเรื่อง Eternal Wave ร่วมกับ กัว ฟู่เฉิง และ เจ้า ลี่อิง
ในปีเดียวกันก็ได้ร่วมแสดงในละครเรื่อง The Legendary Tycoon ซึ่งรับบทเป็นกู้เหยียนเหม่ย นักธุรกิจผู้สร้างภาพยนตร์ และภาพยนตร์โทรทัศน์ชาวฮ่องกง โดยละครเรื่องนี้เกี่ยวกับชีวประวัติของ รัน รัน ชอว์ ผู้ก่อตั้งบริษัท Television Broadcasts Limited หรือ สถานีโทรทัศน์ทีวีบี
ปี 2018 จาง ฮั่นได้ร่วมแสดงละครกับจาง จวินหนิง ในละครโรแมนติกดราม่าเรื่อง Here to Heart ซึ่งการแสดงของเขาทำให้เขาได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัลนักแสดงนำชายยอดเยี่ยมในงาน Asian Television Awards
ชีวิตส่วนตัว
จางฮั่นได้เคยคบหากับเจิ้ง ส่วง เป็นเวลา 5 ปีก่อนจะยุติความสัมพันธ์ในปี 2014
ในต้นปี 2015 จางฮั่นได้ประกาศผ่านบนเพจส่วนตัวในเว็บไซต์เว่ย ปั๋วว่าได้คบหากับนักแสดงหญิง กู่ลี่ นาจา และทั้งคู่ก็ได้ยุติความสัมพันธ์ลงในเดือนตุลาคม ปี 2017
