ดีซ่าน (อังกฤษ : jaundice ) เป็นภาวะซึ่งผิวหนัง เยื่อบุตาขาว และเยื่อบุ ต่าง ๆ มีสีเหลือง ผิดปกติ จากภาวะมีบิลิรูบินเกินในเลือด ซึ่งทำให้มีเกิดภาวะมีบิลิรูบิน ในสารน้ำนอกเซลล์เกินด้วยเช่นกัน ส่วนใหญ่แล้วต้องมีระดับของบิลิรูบินในน้ำเลือดเกินว่า 1.5 mg /dL (26 µmol /L) หรือมากกว่าสามเท่าของค่าปกติคือ 0.5 mg/dL จึงจะสามารถเห็นความเหลืองของสีผิวได้ด้วยตาเปล่า
ดีซ่านมักพบได้ในโรคตับต่าง ๆ เช่นตับอักเสบ ตับแข็ง มะเร็งตับ นอกจากนั้นยังอาจบ่งชี้ว่ามีการอุดกั้นทางเดินน้ำดี เช่น จากนิ่วทางเดินน้ำดี หรือมะเร็งตับอ่อน หรืออาจเป็นความผิดปกติแต่กำเนิด ซึ่งพบได้ไม่บ่อย
