ต่อมขี้หู (อังกฤษ : ceruminous gland ) เป็นต่อมเหงื่อ พิเศษใต้หนังส่วน 1/3 ด้านนอกของช่องหู เป็นต่อมไม่ซับซ้อน มีรูปขด เป็นท่อ ประกอบด้วยเซลล์หลั่ง (secretory cell) ชั้นใน และเซลล์ผิวหนังกล้ามเนื้อ (myoepithelial cell) ชั้นนอก จัดเป็นต่อม apocrine ต่อมจะหลั่งสารออกที่ท่อซึ่งใหญ่กว่า ซึ่งก็หลั่งออกที่ขนป้องกัน (guard hair) ในช่องหูชั้นนอก แล้วผสมกับไขผิวหนัง (sebum) พร้อมเซลล์ผิวหนังที่ตายแล้ว กลายเป็นขี้หู ขี้หูช่วยรักษาให้แก้วหูยืดหยุ่นได้ ช่วยหล่อลื่นและทำความสะอาดช่องหูชั้นนอก กันน้ำ ฆ่าแบคทีเรีย เคลือบขนป้องกันหูทำให้เหนียวและช่วยจับสิ่งแปลกปลอม (ฝุ่น สปอร์เชื้อรา เป็นต้น)
ต่อมเหล่านี้อาจเกิดทั้งเนื้องอกไม่ร้ายและเนื้องอกร้าย เนื้องอกไม่ร้ายรวมทั้ง ceruminous adenoma, ceruminous pleomorphic adenoma และ ceruminous syringocystadenoma papilliferum เนื้องอกร้ายรวมทั้ง ceruminous adenocarcinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma และ mucoepidermoid carcinoma
เชิงอรรถ myoepithelial cell หรือ myoepithelium เป็นเซลล์ ในหนังต่อม (glandular epithelium) เป็นชั้นบาง ๆ เหนือเยื่อฐาน (basement membrane) แต่ปกติจะอยู่ใต้ luminal cell เซลล์อาจมีใยแอกติน ของกล้ามเนื้อเรียบ แบบอัลฟา (alpha smooth muscle actin) ที่สามารถหดเกร็งและขับสารหลั่งออกจากต่อมมีท่อ (exocrine gland) เป็นเซลล์ที่พบในต่อมเหงื่อ ต่อมน้ำนม ต่อมน้ำตา และต่อมน้ำลาย
