ภาวะเลือดแข็งตัวในหลอดเลือดแบบแพร่กระจาย (อังกฤษ : disseminated intravascular coagulopathy/coagulation, consumptive coagulation, DIC ) หรือ ดีไอซี หรือ ภาวะลิ่มเลือดกระจายทั่วไปในหลอดเลือด [ต้องการอ้างอิง เป็นภาวะซึ่งมีการกระตุ้นกลไกการแข็งตัวของเลือดอย่างผิดปกติ ซึ่งเป็นผลที่ตามมาจากโรคหรือภาวะหลายๆ อย่าง ดีไอซีทำให้เกิดการแข็งตัวของเลือด เป็นลิ่มเลือดขนาดเล็กจำนวนมากในหลอดเลือด ทั่วร่างกาย ซึ่งในการเกิดการแข็งตัวของเลือดนี้จะมีการใช้สิ่งสำคัญในกลไกการแข็งตัวของเลือด ได้แก่โปรตีนที่ทำให้เกิดการแข็งตัวของเลือด และเกล็ดเลือด ไปจนไม่สามารถเกิดมีการแข็งตัวของเลือดในที่ที่ควรมีได้ ทำให้มีภาวะเลือดออกง่ายหรือหยุดยาก ทั่วร่างกาย อาจเกิดที่ผิวหนัง ในทางเดินอาหาร ในทางเดินหายใจ หรือที่แผลผ่าตัดได้ นอกจากนี้ลิ่มเลือดเล็กๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นยังทำให้เลือดไหลไปเลี้ยงอวัยวะต่างๆ ได้ไม่ดี ทำให้เกิดการทำงานผิดปกติของอวัยวะนั้นๆ อวัยวะที่สำคัญเช่น ไต เป็นต้น
