รถไฟใต้ดินมอนทรีออล (ฝรั่งเศส: Métro de Montréal) เป็นระบบขนส่งมวลชนขนาดใหญ่ในเมืองมอนทรีออล, รัฐควิเบก, ประเทศแคนาดา ปัจจุบันดำเนินการโดยบริษัทขนส่งมอนทรีออล (Société de transport de Montréal, STM) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 14 ตุลาคม ค.ศ. 1966 ปัจจุบันมีจำนวน 68 สถานี 4 เส้นทาง ระยะทางรวม 69.2 km (43.00 mi) เป็นเส้นทางที่มีผู้โดยสารหนาแน่นเป็นอันดับที่สองในแคนาดา สถิติผู้โดยสารรายปี คือ 308.7 คน รถไฟใต้ดินมอนทรีออลเป็นระบบขนส่งแบบราง-ล้อยาง ซึ่งผสมผสานเทคโนโลยีการขนส่งทางรางและทางถนนไว้ด้วยกัน
