รัฐบัญญัติความรักปิตุภูมิ (อังกฤษ: PATRIOT Act) หรือชื่อเต็มว่า "รัฐบัญญัติสร้างความสมานฉันท์และความเข้มแข็งให้แก่อเมริกาโดยกำหนดเครื่องมือที่เหมาะสมอันจำเป็นแก่การขจัดและขัดขวางการก่อการร้าย ค.ศ. 2001" (อังกฤษ: Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001) เป็นรัฐบัญญัติฉบับหนึ่งของสหรัฐอเมริกา ลงนามโดยประธานาธิบดีจอร์จ ดับเบิลยู. บุช เมื่อวันที่ 26 ตุลาคม 2544

วันที่ 26 พฤษภาคม 2554 ประธานาธิบดีบารัก โอบามาลงนามรัฐบัญญัติต่ออายุแพททริออต ค.ศ. 2011 (PATRIOT Sunsets Extension Act of 2011) ซึ่งต่ออายุบทบัญญัติสำคัญสามบทในรัฐบัญญัติความรักปิตุภูมิ ได้แก่ การดักฟัง การค้นบันทึกธุรกิจ และการสอดแนม "หมาป่าสันโดษ" (lone wolves) คือ ปัจเจกที่ต้องสงสัยกิจกรรมเกี่ยวข้องกับการก่อการร้ายซึ่งไม่เชื่อมโยงกับกลุ่มก่อการร้าย

บางส่วนของรัฐบัญญัติความรักปิตุภูมิหมดอายุเมื่อวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2558 เนื่องจากรัฐสภาไม่เห็นชอบ จากการผ่านรัฐบัญญัติเสรีภาพสหรัฐ (USA Freedom Act) เมื่อวันที่ 2 มิถุนายน 2558 ส่วนที่หมดอายุนั้นถูกกลับคืนและต่ออายุจนถึงปี 2562 ทว่า มีการแก้ไขมาตรา 215 ของกฎหมายให้ยุติสำนักความมั่นคงแห่งชาติ (NSA) มิให้ดำเนินโครงการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโทรศัพท์วงกว้างต่อ แต่บริษัทโทรศัพท์จะเก็บข้อมูลและ NSA สามารถขอสารสนเทศเกี่ยวกับปัจเจกที่เป็นเป้าหมายได้โดยการอนุญาตของศาลสหรัฐ
