แดเนียล จาคอบ แรดคลิฟฟ์ (อังกฤษ: Daniel Jacob Radcliffe เกิดวันที่ 23 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2532) มีชื่อเสียงจากการเป็นนักแสดงในบท แฮร์รี่ พอตเตอร์ ในภาพยนตร์ชุดแฮร์รี่ พอตเตอร์ เขาเคยแสดงภาพยนตร์ครั้งแรกเมื่ออายุ 10 ขวบในภาพยนตร์โทรทัศน์เรื่อง เดวิด คอปเปอร์ฟิลด์ ออกอากาศทางช่องบีบีซีวัน เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2542 ตามมาด้วยภาพยนตร์เรื่องพยัคฆ์สายลับซ่อนลาย เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2544 เมื่ออายุ 11 ขวบ เขาได้รับเลือกเป็นแฮร์รี่ พอตเตอร์ ในภาพยนตร์แฮร์รี่ พอตเตอร์เรื่องแรก และแสดงบทดังกล่าวเป็นเวลา 10 ปี จนภาพยนตร์เรื่องที่แปดออกฉายในปี พ.ศ. 2554

ประวัติการแสดง
แดเนียลเกิดที่ ฟูแลม ลอนดอน เป็นลูกคนเดียวของ อลัน แรดคลิฟฟ์ กับ มาร์เซีย เกรส์แฮม (ผู้คัดเลือกนักแสดงในบีบีซี) พ่อแม่ของแดเนียลไม่ค่อยอยากให้ลูกเข้าวงการแสดงเท่าไรนัก อย่างไรก็ตามในเดือน ธันวาคม ค.ศ. 1989
ตอนเด็ก แดเนียล แรดคลิฟฟ์ มีผลงานการแสดงอยู่ก่อนสองเรื่อง คือ เดวิด คอปเปอร์ฟิวส์ ซึ่งออกอากาศทางสถานีโทรทัศน์บีบีซีและ ในภาพยนตร์แนวสายลับเรื่องเรื่อง The Tailor of Panama ออกฉายค.ศ. 2001
ครั้งหนึ่ง แดเนียล ได้ถูกเพื่อนชักชวน ให้ลองไปเล่นเป็น แฮร์รี่ พอตเตอร์ ที่เปิดรับสมัครเด็กกว่าพันคน ซึ่งเขา ไม่ได้คิดเลยว่า ตนจะได้รับคัดเลือก ให้เล่นบทนี้ แต่แหล่งข่าวบางแห่ง ก็ให้ข้อมูลว่า พวกทีมงาน ที่กำลังจะสร้างภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้ ไปเจอเข้าในกองถ่าย แล้วก็เตะตา ในความสามารถของเขา แต่คงจะเป็นเหตุการณ์ต่อเนื่อง หลังจากการคัดเลือกเสียมากกว่า
ภาพยนตร์ ได้ดำเนินการสร้าง มาจนถึงภาคที่ 7 แดเนียล แรดคลิฟฟ์ ยังรับงานละครอยู่สองเรื่อง คือ เรื่องหนึ่ง เป็นละครเวที ชื่อว่า Equus ส่วนเรื่องที่สอง เป็นละครโทรทัศน์เรื่อง My Boy Jack เป็นเรื่องราวของทหาร ในสมัยสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 1 กับผลงานอีกเรื่องอย่าง December Boys หนังออสเตรเลียในเรื่องราวของกลุ่มเด็กชายที่หลบหนีออกจากบ้านเด็กกำพร้า
ตัวแดเนียลเอง มีเชื้อสายยิว หรือ พวกชาวฮีบรู แถบประเทศอิสราเอล และมีเพื่อนสนิทหนึ่งคน คือ AFSHAN AZAD ซึ่งเป็นเด็กสาวชาวอินเดีย ผู้รับบทเป็น ปัทมา พาติล ในเรื่อง แฮร์รี่ พอตเตอร์
