แผ่นดินไหวในเกาะโบโฮล พ.ศ. 2556 เกิดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 15 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2556 เวลา 8.12 น. ตามเวลามาตรฐานฟิลิปปินส์ ในเกาะโบโฮล ประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ ขนาดของแผ่นดินไหวที่จุดเหนือศูนย์เกิดแผ่นดินไหวบันทึกได้ 7.2 โมเมนต์แมกนิจูด อยู่ห่างจากเมืองซักบายันไปทางตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ 6 กิโลเมตร ที่ระดับความลึก 12 กิโลเมตร แผ่นดินไหวดังกล่าวมีผลทั้งเขตกิตนางคาบีซายาอัน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งจังหวัดโบโฮลและเซบู
