กลุ่ม เอฟ ของ แอฟริกาคัพออฟเนชันส์ 2019 รอบคัดเลือก จะเป็นหนึ่งใน 12 กลุ่มที่จะตัดสินหาทีมที่เข้าไปเล่นในทัวร์นาเมนต์ แอฟริกาคัพออฟเนชันส์ 2019 รอบสุดท้าย. กลุ่มนี้ประกอบไปด้วยสี่ทีม: กานา, เอธิโอเปีย, เซียร์ราลีโอน, และ เคนยา.
