โรคเรื้อน (อังกฤษ: Leprosy) หรือ โรคแฮนเซน (อังกฤษ: Hansen's disease, ย่อ: HD) เป็นโรคเรื้อรังอันเกิดจากแบคทีเรีย Mycobacterium leprae และ Mycobacterium lepromatosis ตั้งตามชื่อแพทย์เจอร์ราด แฮนเซน (Gerhard Hansen) ชาวนอร์เวย์ โรคเรื้อนหลัก ๆ เป็นโรคผิวหนังเส้นประสาทส่วนปลายและเยื่อเมือกระบบทางเดินหายใจส่วนบน รอยโรคที่ผิวหนังเป็นสัญญาณภายนอกหลักอย่างหนึ่ง หากไม่ได้รับการรักษา โรคเรื้อนอาจลุกลาม และสร้างความเสียหายถาวรต่อผิวหนัง เส้นประสาท แขนขาและตาได้ คติชาวบ้านมักเชื่อว่าโรคเรื้อนทำให้ส่วนของร่างกายหลุดออกมา แต่คตินี้ไม่เป็นความจริง แม้ส่วนนั้นอาจชาหรือเป็นโรคจากการติดเชื้อทุติยภูมิ ซึ่งเกิดขึ้นหลังภูมิคุ้มกันของร่างกายต่อสู้กับการติดเชื้อปฐมภูมิ การติดเชื้อทุติยภูมิสามารถส่งผลให้สูญเสียเนื้อเยื่อตามลำดับ ทำให้นิ้วมือและนิ้วเท้าสั้นลงและผิดรูปร่าง เพราะกระดูกอ่อนถูกดูดซึมเข้าสู่ร่างกาย
