ภาวะภูมิแพ้กรรมพันธุ์ (อังกฤษ: atopy) คือภาวะที่ผู้ป่วยจะมีโอกาสสร้างการตอบสนองทางภูมิคุ้มกันผ่าน IgE ได้เมื่อถูกกระตุ้นโดยสิ่งแวดล้อมหรือสารที่ปกติแล้วจะไม่มีอันตราย
