อาการรู้สึกหมุนฉับพลันขณะเปลี่ยนท่า (อังกฤษ: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) เป็นโรคที่เกิดจากความผิดปกติของหูชั้นใน ผู้ป่วยจะมีอาการเวียนศีรษะเหมือนมีบ้านหมุน เป็นสาเหตุของอาการรู้สึกหมุนที่พบบ่อยมากที่สุดอย่างหนึ่ง
