Bothrops insularis หรือที่รู้จักกันในชื่อ โกลเดนแลนซ์เฮด เป็นงูพิษสายพันธุ์เฉพาะถิ่นในวงศ์ย่อยงูหางกระดิ่ง พบที่อิลยาดาเกย์มาดากรังจี (Ilha da Queimada Grande) เกาะนอกชายฝั่งรัฐเซาเปาลูในบราซิล ชื่อของสายพันธุ์ในภาษาอังกฤษมาจากท้องสีน้ำตาลเหลืองอ่อน และหัวที่มีรูปทรงเหมือนหอกแหลนซึ่งเป็นลักษณะเฉพาะของงูในสกุล Bothrops ปัจจุบัน B. insularis ยังไม่ได้รับการรับรองว่ามีชนิดย่อย
งูชนิด B. insularis มีพิษรุนแรงมาก พิษของมันรุนแรงมากกว่างูพิษบนแผ่นดินใหญ่ถึงห้าเท่า และจัดว่าเป็นงูถิ่นเดียวที่มีถิ่นอาศัยอยู่บนเกาะเท่านั้น โดยอาศัยอยู่อย่างหนาแน่นมาก ประมาณกันไว้ว่ามีงูชนิดนี้มากกว่า 5,000 ตัวบนเกาะ
