ปลาใบไม้ (อังกฤษ: Harmand's sole; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Brachirus harmandi) ปลาน้ำจืดชนิดหนึ่ง อยู่ในวงศ์ปลาลิ้นหมา (Soleidae) มีรูปร่างคล้ายปลาลิ้นหมาน้ำจืด (B. panoides) ที่อยู่ในสกุลเดียวกัน เพียงแต่ปลาใบไม้มีรูปร่างคล้ายหยดน้ำ ตาอยู่ชิดกัน ปากเล็กและเบี้ยว ครีบมีลักษณะเชื่อมต่อกันเกือบทั้งลำตัว ครีบอกเล็กมาก ลำตัวด้านบนเป็นสีน้ำตาลเข้ม มีแต้มสีคล้ำตลอดทั้งลำตัว มีแต้มจุดสีคล้ำตลอดแนวครีบ ครีบมีขอบสีจาง มีจุดประสีคล้ำกระจาย ลำตัวด้านล่างสีขาว เกล็ดเป็นแบบสาก ขนาดลำตัวประมาณ 10 เซนติเมตร มีพฤติกรรมคล้ายกับปลาลิ้นหมาน้ำจืด พบในถิ่นที่อยู่เดียวกัน เพียงแต่ใบไม้จะพบในภาคอีสานและลุ่มแม่น้ำโขงด้วย
ใช้บริโภคโดยปรุงสดและทำปลาตากแห้ง มีราคาค่อนข้างสูง และนิยมเลี้ยงเป็นปลาสวยงามด้วย
มีชื่อเรียกในภาษาอีสานว่า "เป"
